Given our location in the dry tropics and the significant rainfall that fall – predominantly during the wet season – weed management is a crucial component of our farming practices.  Growing cover crops is one tactic we are using to assist us manage weeds. We are collaborating with the University of Adelaide on a trial investigating the effects of various cover crops on soil health and agave growth.
